Instead of following the conventional format, Ulysse Nardin’s Freak X OPS takes a unique approach to watch design. Unlike most timepieces, it ditches the dial and instead showcases its UN-230 self-winding movement as the minute hand, while employing a rotating disc with a pointer as the hour hand. The 43mm case is expertly crafted from a composite material that combines black carbon fiber with a captivating khaki green epoxy resin. Both the hands and the hour markers are adorned with a matching khaki green Super-LumiNova, resulting in a harmonious aesthetic. To complete the look, the timepiece is adorned with a khaki green fabric strap.
